Swimming Pool:

12m x 6m mosaic-lined with wide white travertine surround, set amongst olive trees secluded about 50m from the house; pool furniture and loungers; shade from olive trees and pergolas.

Residence consists of:

Entry hall, with cloak room, giving access to open plan living areas around a central courtyard and internal staircase to upper level bedrooms.

Living Room with wood fire; bar unit in adjoining lobby leading to the courtyard.  Arches lead from the lobby through to dining room and the modern kitchen with it's central marble table, full length benches with marble inserts, oven, grill gas hob, double stainless steel sinks and dishwasher; and fitted storage. 

Sun room off internal courtyard also opening to external terraces with pergolas and vines, all available for al fresco eating and drinking.

The Courtyard has a wood-fired pizza oven and laundry facilities and two external stairs to the bedrooms.  There are a total of six double bedrooms with five bathrooms (four en-suite).  The independant bathroom has a spa bath.  All bedrooms have hand basins.  An upstairs living room features an open wood fire and an old terrazzo basin.  It also includes a double sofabed for additional sleeping, and is accessible from all the bedrooms.
